Wild Adventures Named Top 5 Most Affordable Theme Park in U.S.

Staff Report From Georgia CEO

Wednesday, July 1st, 2026

Wild Adventures Theme Park has been named the fourth most affordable theme park in the United States, according to HomeToGo’s 2026 U.S. Summer Travel Survey.

The national recognition highlights the overall value of a Wild Adventures visit. With one ticket or Season Pass, guests can ride family-friendly attractions and thrilling roller coasters, cool off at Splash Island Waterpark, encounter animals from around the world, experience concerts with major musical acts and celebrate the seasons with the largest seasonal events in Georgia. All of this is included in one park, for one price.

“We are honored to be recognized as one of the most affordable theme parks in the country,” said Donald Spiller, vice president & general manager. “This shows our dedication to providing an unforgettable experience that is accessible and creating memories worth repeating at a great value.”
Wild Adventures has expanded in the past several years with brand new attractions and experiences to improve the guest experience.
As part of the park’s 30th Anniversary Season, the fan-favorite Alapaha Trail was expanded with 6,000 feet of new wood replaced, new food and beverage options were introduced at the new Walkabout Wings, a new Spider Monkey Habitat was built to give resident Spider Monkeys Mambo and Jojo a larger home to grow and play, and several rides were enhanced including the return of Island Falls.

HomeToGo, the world’s largest vacation rental marketplace, evaluated 40 U.S. theme parks for affordability, considering admission pricing, parking fees, nearby lodging and the number of attractions. With a daily ticket price of $59.99 and a lineup that includes more than 30 rides and slides, over 400 animals, a full summer concert series, and immersive seasonal events, Wild Adventures stood out for its powerful combination of excitement and value.

Right now, Wild Adventures is holding its annual Celebrate America Festival powered by Georgia Power through July 12, which provides free admission for all active and retired military every day during the festival. The festival is in full swing with fireworks scheduled for July 4 and the Harlem Globetrotters performing July 10 through 12. Guests can take advantage of low-priced single day tickets during the park’s Celebrate America Sale for a limited time. The 2026 Pre-K Season Pass, a Season Pass for ages three to five, providing complimentary admission, is still available to activate until July 5.
