Your Pie Founder Drew French Heads to Italy for World Pizza Championship

Back in October 2015, Drew French, the founder of Your Pie, the original down-the-line pizza concept, was faced with a delicious challenge—craft the best pizza in the Eastern United States. The venue was the 2015 Pizzaiolo Ultisimo at The Sofo Foods Expo in Atlanta, and French had to compete against hundreds of restaurants in an effort to wow a panel of nine discriminating judges. The victory earned him a spot on the esteemed Groupon U.S. Pizza Team, and the chance to compete in the 2016 World Pizza Championship in Parma, Italy.

In the mid 80's, the Nakanishi Company, a company out of Osaka, Japan that makes automotive related products, secured new business with American bearing manufacturers. There was one stipulation though, they would have to build a plant in the US. And just recently, NKC announced a 16,000 square foot expansion in their 180,000 square foot facility in Athens. This expansion will allow for an installation of two new 400 ton fully automated stamping presses. They will use these presses to supply a new product to Toyota.
