Terrapin Brewery Closure Included in Corporate Restructuring

Terrapin Beer Co. was named as one of several brewing facilities slated for closure in an annual report filed by parent company Tilray Brands on July 28.
The closures are part of a business optimization plan intended to consolidate production, streamline operations and improve the company’s cost structure, according to the filing. Other facilities named in the filing include Redhook, Atwater, Hop Valley and Revolver.
