CCSD Board Votes in Favor of Dr. Jennifer Scott as Sole Finalist for Superintendent

“All right, that motion passes,” Dr. Mumby Anderson addressed the board. “Please join me in welcoming a leader who is deeply committed to this community and to ensuring success for every student, Dr. Scott. Congratulations. Thank you.”
Clarke County Board of Education members voted unanimously in favor of Dr. Jennifer Scott, who has been serving as the interim superintendent.
She took over the position in July 2025, following the retirement of former CCSD superintendent, Dr. Robbie Hooker.
