Over 3,000 Athens-Clarke County Voters Have Cast Ballots so far in Primary

Over 3,000 voters in Athens-Clarke County have cast ballots so far in the General Primary and Nonpartisan election, according to the county’s Elections Department.
Around 750 absentee ballots have been issued, and around 300 have already been returned.
