Chapco Design Build, a division of Jim Chapman Construction Group (JCCG), is marking the fifth anniversary of it constructing the amenity package at The Cottages at Ridge Pointe in Athens, Georgia. This project helped establish the firm’s approach to high-performing amenity construction and set an early benchmark for its growing portfolio.

Completed in 2021, the amenities supported Jim Chapman Construction Group’s first build-to-rent development and served as one of Chapco Design Build’s formative amenity projects.
