Terry College of Business’s Sales Dawgs professional selling team brought home the Collegiate World Cup of Sales from the International Collegiate Sales Competition earlier this month.
Hosted by the Sales Institute at Florida State University, more than 160 student sales competitors from 80 universities attended.
“Our Sales Dawgs proved they have the skill, poise, and preparation to shine on the biggest stage,” said Cindy Rippé, team coach and director of the Terry College Professional Sales Program. “I am so proud of every competitor for giving their best, having fun, and bringing home the championship.”
Terry’s team ranked first in total points amassed across multiple competitions, including role play, speed selling, and sales management.
This year’s ICSC sales competition team included professional sales students Jake Schaflander, Jack McRoberts, Katina Inglis, Jackson Meier, Ashlee Hall and Patrick McBride.
This is the second straight year a UGA professional selling team traveled to Orlando for the ICSC competition. Last year, the team took fourth place overall.
