ACCGov Public Utilities Department Seeks Input on 2025 Service Delivery Plan through Nov. 2
Tuesday, October 7th, 2025
The Athens-Clarke County Unified Government (ACCGov) Public Utilities Department (PUD) will host four open houses and an online survey through Sunday, November 2 to gather feedback on the 2025 Service Delivery Plan, which includes 50 proposed capital improvement projects.
The Service Delivery Plan evaluates the water and sewer needs over 20 years and is updated every five years. Originally adopted in 1995, the Service Delivery Plan consists of three main elements: infrastructure, capital improvements, and financial.
