Tim Denson Announces Run for Athens-Clarke County Mayor

Tim Denson has announced he is running for Mayor of Athens-Clarke County. The long-time public servant plans to host a series of community conversations to hear from residents about their hopes, concerns, regarding the Classic City.
“I really plan on spending the summer, which is always a quieter time here in Athens, holding listening session across the county in multiple different places, so that I can sit down and really hear from residents about what their priorities are, what issues they see arising and ways we can work together to tackle these things once I’m Mayor,” Denson said.
