Georgia's Surplus Tax Refunds are hitting Georgians' bank accounts, coming through with the title "GASTTAXRFD." Taxpayers can receive up to $500, depending on how they filed their taxes.
But not everyone has had the refund come through yet, and the Georgia Department of Revenue says that's by design.
