The Hispanic Heritage Club of Hinesville will be hosting a Hispanic Heritage Month Festival in Downtown Hinesville on Saturday, October 12, 2024, from noon to 10pm. We expect to have multi-cultural food options for our attendees, live performances, and entertainment. This will be a family friendly event and with your support we hope the huge success of the festival will become a long-standing tradition in Hinesville.

We have various levels of sponsorship available to accommodate everyone’s marketing budget. We will promote the event on a local billboard, two radio stations, distribute flyers, and a strong social media presence. We will send a press release prior to the event to thank our sponsors. The deadline to submit your sponsorship is Monday, August 26, 2024.

We are accepting applications for food ($250 fee) and craft ($50 fee) vendors. We want our vendors to be diverse so we may share with our community our rich culture and traditions. The deadline to submit applications is Monday, August 26, 2024.
