Factors Contributing to Stress Levels

The data reveals that work, finance, family, and health and safety are the primary factors contributing to stress levels in these states.

High work stress often correlates with long hours, job insecurity, and demanding work environments.

Financial stress is influenced by factors such as low income, high cost of living, and economic instability.

Family stress can stem from relationship issues, caregiving responsibilities, and domestic conflicts.

Health and safety stress involves concerns about personal health, access to healthcare, crime rates, and overall safety.

Chronic stress significantly impacts residents’ well-being and productivity. According to the experts at CBD.co, “Persistent stress can lead to serious health issues, including anxiety, depression, and cardiovascular diseases. It also reduces productivity, as stressed individuals are more likely to experience burnout and disengagement at work.”
