Clarke County BOE Approves Tentative FY25 Budget, Sets Budget, Millage Rate Hearing Dates

The Clarke County School Board gave tentative approval to the upcoming fiscal years district budget in a meeting Thursday evening.
The $240 million plan, roughly $26.5 million increase from the current year, leaves Clarke County’s millage rate at 18.8 mils, where it has remained unchanged for the third consecutive year.
