Nesbit Earns County's Top SAT Honor

Oconee County High School senior John Nesbit was chosen on Thursday as the county’s STAR Student for having the highest SAT score.

Nesbit and his STAR Teacher, Jacob Forrester, will advance to the Region 4 PAGE STAR Banquet on Thursday, March 14, in Athens.

The county STAR Student ceremony also included Anyi Lin, Aaron Yang, and Andy Chen of North Oconee as well as students from Athens Academy, Westminster Christian Academy, and Prince Avenue Christian School.
