On March 12, 2024, a Special Election will be held at the regular polling place for the City of Winterville, which is the Winterville Community Center, for determining whether to authorize Sunday sales of distilled spirits or alcoholic beverages for beverage purposes by the drink.

The location for holding the Special Election shall be in the regular and established precinct of the City of Winterville. Polls will be open from 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM on March 12, 2024. 

Advance voting will be conducted in accordance with applicable law. Advance voting begins on Monday, February 19 and runs through Friday March 8.
