Georgia DOT Taking First Step Toward Building Hydrogen Fueling Station

What: The Georgia Department of Transportation (Georgia DOT) has announced a virtual Industry Forum for the proposed Hydrogen Refueling Station (HRS) Deployment Project (PI # 0020045). This innovative project will deliver a HRS facility for commercial fleet vehicles/trucks traveling along I-16 in Bryan County, Georgia. Georgia DOT will deliver the project through a Public-Private Partnership (P3) model.

Interested attendees are strongly encouraged to preregister for the Industry Forum. Registered attendees will be emailed an early access link to the presentation on Tuesday, January 9, 2024, at 8 a.m. EST.

Approximately 24 hours later (Wednesday, January 10, 2023), the prerecorded Industry Forum presentation will be posted to the Georgia DOT’s Public-Private Partnership (P3) web page with the link to the presentation and a list of registered attendees, including contact information.

One-on-one meetings will be held on January 10 and January 11, 2024.
