Georgians Say TitleMax is Scamming Consumers

One Savannah-based company is allegedly taking advantage of those who find themselves in need of a cash loan and putting them in what borrowers tell us is thousands of dollars of debt.
Georgia is one of the only states that has very few, essentially no, laws to protect consumers from title loans, a type of loan that uses a borrower’s vehicle as collateral.
