Athens-Ben Epps Airport, owned and operated by the Unified Government of Athens-Clarke County (ACCGOV), hereby gives notice and announces a proposed overall goal for its Disadvantaged Business Enterprise (DBE) Program for federal fiscal years (FFY) 2024-2026.  The proposed overall DBE goal is 8.62% for all federal funded projects in FFY 2024-2026.  The methodology used in developing this goal is available for inspection during normal business hours at the administrative office of the Airport Director, Athens-Ben Epps Airport, 1010 Ben Epps Drive, Athens, Georgia 30605, or at <https://www.accgov.com/DocumentCenter/View/94172/AHN-Disadvantaged-Business-Enterprise-DBE-program-plan-and-DBE-goal-methodology-FFY-2024-2026>.  ACCGOV will receive and consider public comments on the proposed goal until September 30, 2023.  Comments may be submitted to the Airport at the above address, or to [email protected].
