FY25 HOME Application Portal is Live

As referenced in the FY25 HOME Request for Application Meeting Video, the FY25 HOME Application portal through ZoomGrants is now live.
Applicants must first register with ZoomGrants, then complete the Notice of Intent by August 25, 2023 @ 4:30 PM in order to begin completing the application. All FY25 HOME applications must be completed and submitted via ZoomGrants by Friday, September 29 @ 4:30 PM.
