The ACC Housing and Community Development (HCD) Department would like to announce that the 2023 Continuum of Care (CoC) Application is open for new and renewing projects. HCD and the Athens Homeless Coalition invite all eligible non-profit organizations serving the homeless in Athens-Clarke County to apply for CoC funding.

Applications are due Thursday, August 23, 2023 by 4:00 PM to the HCD dropbox (a full timeline can be found in the ACC 2022 NOFO and Timeline document).

HCD will notify all applicants no later than September 14, 2023, if their application will be included in the Athens-Clarke County CoC consolidated application to HUD.
