James Bates Brannan Groover LLP, a full-service law firm with offices in Macon, Atlanta, and Athens announces the addition of attorney Maggie Martin to the firm’s Commercial Litigation practice group.

Maggie’s practice focuses on commercial and civil litigation matters. Maggie is originally from Ocilla, Georgia. She earned her B.S. in Business Administration from the Georgia Institute of Technology, graduating in 2019 with Highest Honor. Maggie then received her Juris Doctor, magna cum laude with Highest Distinction for Pro Bono service, from the Georgia State University College of Law in 2022. While attending law school, Maggie served as a GSU Law Student Mentor for incoming first year students.

Prior to joining James Bates Brannan Groover LLP, Maggie clerked for Chief Judge Bill Reinhardt in the Tifton Judicial Circuit where she assisted in researching and drafting opinions and observed various stages of litigation.
