The Athens-Clarke County Board of Elections will conduct a Logic and Accuracy Test on all voting equipment that will be used in the upcoming March 21, 2023 Special Called Election to fill the unexpired seat of County Commission District 2, Mariah Parker (resigned).

Per O.C.G.A. § 21-2-379.25, the testing will begin on Thursday, February 16 at 10:00 a.m. at the Athens-Clarke County Facilities and Landscape Management Building located at 2555 Lexington Road, Athens, Georgia, 30605 and will continue until all units have been tested and proven accurate. Testing will run from 9:00 a.m. each following day (excluding weekends) until completion.

Early voting will begin at 8am on Monday, February 27^th at the Elections Office located at 155 East Washington St., Athens GA 30601.
