The Lyndon House Arts Center announces Art Star Family Open House on Saturday December 3 from noon to 3:00 pm.
Be a Star Day at the Lyndon House Arts Center! The studios will be open for all ages family art and craft making for this winter season. Enjoy creating hand made accordion books full of nebulas and celestial images using iridescent paint. If you dare, step into our out-of-the-world photo booth and surround yourself with stars and planets. Starry Night ceramic ornaments and Winter Sky linoleum block greeting cards and so many more gleaming, shiny projects to design and create.

The afternoon will include ginger snaps, peppermints all of which is surrounded by the Clarke County School District Student Art Exhibition.

Visit the Ware-Lyndon House this day as the historic home will be decorated with live greenery courtesy of the Ladies Garden Club!

This event is free, registration is not required.

All exhibitions are free of charge and open to the public. Exhibitions are on view during regular gallery hours Tuesday and Thursday 10:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Wednesday, Friday and Saturday 10:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. Children must be accompanied by an adult.
