Oconee State Bank announces that Selena Ruth has been named Executive Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer.

Ms. Ruth received her Master’s Degree in Human Resource Management from Troy University and her Bachelor’s Degree in Advanced Technical Studies with a Human Resources focus from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale. She holds certifications as a Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and as a Society for Human Resource Management – Certified Professional (SHRM-CP). Prior to joining Oconee State Bank, Ms. Ruth held human resources positions at organizations including Atlantic Capital Bank and Cox Media Group.

As a new team member of the OSB family, Ms. Ruth states she is most looking forward to creating remarkable work experiences that impact the team members she supports at the bank.
