The Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department is recruiting Trail Guides to assist with elementary school field studies at Sandy Creek Nature Center by leading small groups of students along the Nature Center’s trails.  Field study programs are designed to introduce nature and the environment to elementary school students from pre-kindergarten through fifth grade.  

No experience is necessary, but all new trail guides must attend a training session.  The next training sessions are scheduled for Tuesday, August 23 or Wednesday, August 24 from 9:00 a.m. - noon.  Individuals only need to attend one session.
