Upcoming 'Dream' Concert Reflects Shared Vision of Ambitious Athens Hip-hop Artists

In keeping with Sajaad Delane's back story, the Athens-based artist excels at several different pursuits and inspires others with his positive attitude. The culmination of his vision, the "Dare 2 Dream" show, will take place at Live Wire Athens on Friday.
Born in Washington, D.C., Sajaad spent his early childhood years in the Malaysian capital city of Kuala Lumpur where his parents ran a hair salon. As a result of growing up away from most of America's cultural influences, young Sajaad focused on a career in the world's most popular sport — football (or, soccer, as it is known in the United States).
