Questionable Letters Mailed to Taxpayers

It has been brought to our attention that an investment company has mailed letters to taxpayers with back taxes suggesting that their property would be sold at a tax sale in the near future. These letters were not mailed on our behalf. Any correspondence from the Tax Commissioner’s office will be on letterhead with our name on it.
