Athens-Clarke County Leisure Services Department facilities and parks will be closed Friday, December 24, and Saturday, December 25 in observance of the Christmas holiday. Department parks will be open for self directed use on Thursday, December 23. Facilities and parks will re-open Sunday, December 26 with regular hours of operation. 

The New Year’s Day holiday will be observed on Friday, December 31 and Saturday, January 1. All park grounds will operate under reduced hours of 11:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. with all facilities closed. 

Regular hours of operation for all parks and facilities will resume Sunday, January 2, 2022.
