When Will Prince Avenue Feel 'Burrito Love'? Barberitos Founder Reveals Opening Date

Patrons of the new Flying Biscuit Café have been dining next to an empty Barberitos storefront for the past month. The Athens-based burrito chain is scheduled to open its 1180 Prince Ave. location June 1.
That will mark the locally-owned business's eighth restaurant in Athens since opening its first location downtown in 2000. As of its 20th anniversary, there were 50 franchise locations in the Southeast, and six more are in the works.
