Just one week into its first month of business, Athens' new Flying Biscuit Café had to cut back its hours of operation, but the decision to do so wasn't for the reasons one might think.
When the Prince Avenue location of the Atlanta-based breakfast franchise opened on March 29, 2021, it was open from 7 a.m. until 8 p.m., and the sheer volume of customers was simply too much for the staff to handle at such an early stage.
