Athens-Clarke Mayor Speaks of Change, Sets Goals for 2021

Athens-Clarke County Mayor Kelly Girtz gave an overview of upcoming changes and goals for Athens during his State of the Community address Wednesday, touching on topics from highway interchange improvements and public safety to a redevelopment of Georgia Square.
