‘Cool Town’ Author to Host Live Discussion of Athens Music Past and Future
Thursday, November 12th, 2020
Between the release of Grace Elizabeth Hale’s “Cool Town” back in March, the Athens Music Walk of Fame over the summer, and the Pylon box set last week, the history of the local music scene has experienced a well-deserved year of appreciation.
On Thursday at 7:00 p.m. (EST), Hale will host a live virtual discussion panel featuring musicians, producers, and experts that will focus on the past and future of Athens music. The event is free and open to the public, but requires advance registration at https://zoom.us/meeting/register/tJArcuqhrj4qHtALT8H0S3mZKf3HuOeRgpP2.
