Waffle House, Select Chain Restaurants in Athens Now Open for Dine-in

Some Athens restaurants opened for limited dine-in service Monday, the first day Georgia restaurants could do so as the state relaxed restrictions instituted a month ago to limit the spread of the novel coronavirus.
