Mark Spain Real Estate Debuts on REAL Trends Top 500 List

Mark Spain Real Estate, in just its fourth year as a brokerage, has debuted on the REAL Trends 500 list of top-producing residential real estate firms in the United States. The Atlanta-based firm made its inaugural appearance, breaking into the top 200 for most closed transaction sides for 2019, at No. 196 with 4,200 sides.
Additionally, Mark Spain Real Estate earned the No. 287 spot for 2019 sales volume, closing $1,049,769,096 in real estate. REAL Trends also included an independent real estate brokerage ranking, for which Mark Spain Real Estate was named the 71st top-producing firm in the country out of 212 companies on the list. With sales just over $1 billion, the firm was also named to the REAL Trends Billionaires’ Club, appearing No. 287 out of 301 real estate companies that achieved $1 billion or more in sales volume.

Mark Spain Real Estate has four offices in metro Atlanta, one in Athens, Ga. as well as locations in Charlotte, Raleigh and Nashville. At the end of 2019, the firm had 138 real estate agents on its team.
