Affiliates Consolidated Services (ACS) is pleased to announce the appointment of two new members to its Board of Directors, as well as the full slate of officers and board members for 2020. The Board provides leadership for carrying out the organization’s mission to support and advance the credit union movement.

Joining the ACS Board of Directors are Drew Egan, former President/COO, CU Solutions Group, headquartered in Livonia, Michigan and Darryl Worrell, President/CEO, Envision Credit Union, based in Tallahassee, Florida. Both board members will serve one-year appointments.

“We are very excited to welcome Drew Egan and Darryl Worrell to our Board,” said Kevin Johnson, ACS Board Chairman and President/CEO of Suncoast Credit Union. “We are certain that they will bring industry expertise to the board as we look to drive success and profitability for the organization in the new year.”

Egan joined the Michigan League & Affiliates in January,1998 where he has served as President/COO of CU Solutions Group, the for-profit arm of the Michigan Credit Union League. He also served on the executive management team of the Michigan Credit Union League and Affiliates.

Egan started his career with the Utah League of Credit Union’s Service Corporation, CUcorp, in 1986 as the Manager of Planning Services.  Since then he has served as Executive Vice President/COO of the Mississippi, Utah and Michigan Leagues which include operational responsibility for the association and the for-profit side of the organizations. In 2006, he was promoted to President/COO of CUcorp, the forerunner to CU Solutions Group. He has focused much of his attention on business acquisitions and product development and holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a BA in Finance from the University of Utah.

Darryl Worrell has served as President/CEO of Envision Credit Union since January 2010 and has served as Chairman of the Board for United Solutions Company since April 2012. 

Worrell’s career consists of thirty-three years of financial services experience including ten years with a national bank and twenty-three years within the credit union industry. His background encompasses a variety of expertise ranging from CEO, CLO, COO, Chief Risk Officer and Chief Sales Officer within the credit union movement.

Worrell’s specific CUSO experience includes the development of an indirect lending CUSO, a business loan CUSO and a national check fraud CUSO. Worrell’s management and leadership of multiple other CUSOs include innovation and technology, establishing services to low income memberships and developing insurance products. His strengths include strategic planning, budget planning, ALM, lending, risk management and new market development.

“I look forward to serving on the ACS Board in the upcoming term,” said Worrell. “We have a great team at LSCU & Affiliates working every day to drive success for our credit unions in Alabama, Florida and Georgia.”

He holds an MBA from American Intercontinental University and a BS from Trevecca Nazarene University.

“Serving on the ACS Board is an excellent way to give back to the credit union movement,” said Worrell. “I am looking forward to what opportunities this year will bring.”
