Mark Spain Real Estate’s Mobile Website Design Named No. 1 in Real Estate by REAL Trends

Mark Spain Real Estate has just earned two technology awards for its website.
In an annual ranking by REAL Trends, a leading source of information and analytics for the residential real estate brokerage industry, Mark Spain Real Estate placed nationally in two key categories. Its mobile site design took top honors, being named the No. 1 Mobile Website in real estate. The MarkSpain.com website earned the No. 8 spot in the Top 10 Overall Websites. The Georgia-based firm was in stiff competition with both big name firms and high-end/luxury real estate companies from California to New York.
The best overall websites were judged on using a list of criteria in five critical areas including mobile experience, use of video, neighborhood/community pages, property detail pages, and design. The 10 sites scoring highest in all five areas were named Best Overall.
Mark Spain Real Estate believes that technology helps its team deliver a better experience to its clients. The firm is constantly refining and updating its website. It also stays open to new and developing technologies. These technologies mainstream operations and help team members communicate more effectively with home buyers and sellers.
“Technology does not replace people,” explains Chairman and CEO Mark Spain. “Instead, it allows us to deliver an incredible client experience and facilitate real estate transactions with ease and speed.”
Spain built his company based on the premise of putting people first. Part of doing that is to make the home buying and selling process as easy as possible for clients and to manage every step of the process while delivering an unparalleled client experience. Investing in several areas of technology helps accomplish this goal.
On track for another record sales year, Mark Spain Real Estate has earned the No. 1 real estate team in America honor for the last two consecutive years (see The Thousand Top Real Estate Professionals, a national ranking based on annual sales production compiled by REAL Trends and advertised in The Wall Street Journal). It has also made the Inc. 5000 list of fastest growing private companies in America four straight years.
