For a limited time, St. Mary's Wellness Center is offering special discounts on membership enrollment, massage therapy, and personal training to help you stay fit and healthy through the hot summer months.

Through June 30, the Wellness Center will waive enrollment fees on all new memberships, a value of $50 for individual memberships, $60 for couples and $75 for families.

All memberships, whether by the month, for six months or for an entire year, include full use of all cardiovascular, strength training and stretching equipment in the gym, free fun and challenging exercises classes geared to a variety of fitness levels, access to locker rooms and shower facilities, 24/7 badge-controlled access to the facility, professional assistance with setting goals and designing an exercise plan, and more.

The summer special also includes the lowest rates of the year for special services. Massage packages are available for five 30-minute sessions for $140 (regular rate $249) or five 1-hour sessions for $240 (regular rate $349).

Personal training packages are available for $85 for three 30-minute sessions (normal rate $100) or three one-hour sessions for $115 (normal rate $132).

These special rates are so low, they are below the regular discounted rates for members. Members are welcome to purchase the package of their choice at the summer special price.
