Tell me about your upbringing.
I grew up in Peachtree City, Georgia, a planned community in Fayette County south of the Atlanta airport about 20 miles. It was once old farmland and a group of investors bought land back in the late 60s and, early 70s and mapped out the entire community. Where the schools are, the police station, the library, the roads, neighborhoods, the reservoirs, the parks, all the amenities, they laid it out into a master plan.
