Athens Sales Tax Committee Agree on Much, but Hard Decisions Coming

A citizen committee has found a lot of consensus on which of a long list of projects they would like to see funded with a renewed 1 percent sales tax. But that seeming agreement may be deceptive, one of the group’s members warned in a weekend meeting.
