The Southern Economic Development Council (SEDC) is pleased to announce that Will Williams has been elected 1st Vice Chairman of the association’s board of directors. Williams is President/CEO of Economic Development Partnership in Aiken, SC. As 1st Vice Chairman of SEDC, Williams will have a leadership role on the board’s executive committee and help to carry out the association’s program of work for 2019.

Williams has years of experience in the field of economic development and brings a unique set of skills to the organization.

“Will has been a member of SEDC since 2011,” SEDC President Gene Stinson said. “I am excited we will have the benefit of his leadership on our board, as we continue to expand the benefits we offer our members working to advance economic prosperity in the communities they serve.”
