Avondale Hires Vinson Group to Study Much Larger Annexation Map

Avondale Estates has allocated $15,000 for the University of Georgia’s Carl Vinson Institute to produce a feasibility study for potential annexation. This is the third Vinson annexation study for the city in the last three years.
