Landmark Properties has been named one of the fastest-growing companies in the United States by Inc. Magazine. Each year the business publication produces a national ranking of the 5000 fastest-growing businesses in the country. In its inaugural appearance on the Inc. 5000, Landmark Properties ranked No. 759, boasting a 664% growth rate over the past three years.

Last year, the company reported a revenue of $331.5M, the largest annual revenue in its 14-year history.

Landmark Properties currently has more than 700 full-time employees, including over 150 at its corporate headquarters in Athens, Georgia, and operates more than 60 properties and 26,500 beds across the country. Just two years ago, Landmark Properties had less than 465 employees and operated approximately 13,000 beds.

Ranked as the nation’s most active student housing developer and top student housing contractor, Landmark Properties owns and manages 64 student housing projects across the country, totaling more than 26,500 beds, and has over $2 billion in assets currently under construction. Earlier this year, the company announced the start of construction for 11 new student housing communities.
