Secretary of State Brian Kemp is proud to roll out two more online application options for professional license-holders in the Peach State. Lactation consultants and massage therapists can now apply for licensure online instead of going through the hassle of submitting paper applications.

“In the Secretary of State’s Office, we are doing everything we can to get government out of your way,” stated Secretary Kemp. “We have worked tirelessly to move more licensure options online across the division. We will continue to leverage technology at each turn and improve every constituent’s experience with this agency.”

Earlier this year, the Professional Licensing Boards Division announced record-breaking processing times for both first-time and renewal applications.

Currently, the Professional Licensing Boards Division is processing first-time applications for licensure within seventeen calendar days and renewal applications within one to two calendar days for clean applications with no issues for boards to review.
