Residents began moving in at The Mark, Landmark Properties' new mixed-use student housing development located in downtown Athens along Oconee Street.

Altogether, The Mark includes more than 300 apartment units. Steps away from downtown businesses and restaurants, UGA's campus and Sanford Stadium, The Mark offers the best location for student living in Athens.
 
In addition to featuring 928 beds, The Mark now serves as the headquarters for Landmark Properties, bringing more than 125 full-time employees to downtown Athens. Landmark employees have been working from the new offices since July 24. In total, The Mark features 82,000 square feet of office and retail space. Other business tenants include Orangetheory Fitness, Marlowe Johnson and Keystone Custom Homes.
