Zac Brown's Southern Grind is revealing its new strategic alliance with W.R. Case & Son's Cutlery. This alliance brings together two brands committed to creating quality, American-made products.

Southern Grind and Case have officially kicked off the alliance with the introduction of their first officially licensed product – Zac Brown Band "My Old Man" Case Trapper Gift Set (MSRP: $195) – at BLADE Show 2017 in Atlanta, GA. The knife is an amber washed, smooth bone Trapper that features high-polished, stainless steel Clip and Spey blades. Additionally, the words "My Old Man" have been laser-engraved across the knife's handle. The gift set comes complete with a Genuine Case Collectable medallion, certification of authenticity card and a Zac Brown Band guitar pick.

The new Trapper is named after "My Old Man," the first single from Zac Brown Band's new album 'WELCOME HOME' (Southern Ground/Elektra Records) which debuted at #1 on the Billboard Country Chart. "My Old Man" is a ballad which pays tribute to Brown's father.

"With Case being such an iconic brand, and both Southern Grind and Case being American made, it only made sense to establish a strategic alliance between two great companies. Southern Grind is proud to be doing business with W.R Case and Sons," said Harold Earls, Chief Operating Officer for Zac Brown's Southern Ground.

Beyond making knives, Southern Grind also helps to support Zac's nonprofit passion project Camp Southern Ground. Located on over 400 acres in Fayetteville, GA, Camp Southern Grounds mission is to provide extraordinary experiences so children and recognize and magnify the unique gifts within themselves and others to profoundly impact the world. Camp Southern Ground is an inclusive camp bringing together children with neurodevelopmental disorders, children of military families and typically developing children.

John Sullivan, Case's Director of Marketing, stated, "we are truly excited about the knives we are going to create under this licensing agreement, and equally excited that these efforts will indirectly support the work that Zac is doing to help children and veterans with his Camp Southern Ground."
