Athens-Clarke Employees Could Get Pay Hike, Insurance Help

Athens-Clarke County government employees could be getting a 1 percent raise in the upcoming fiscal year, in addition to a $300 outlay from the county to help defray the costs of anticipated increases in health insurance premiums.
