First American Bank & Trust is pleased to announce that lenders, Susan Bogardus and Jenny Terrell, are the recent recipients of awards from two real estate industry associations in Athens.
 
Susan C. Bogardus was awarded the 2016 Athens Area Home Builder’s Association Professional of the Year Award at the annual awards dinner.  The nominees were selected by the Board of Directors of AAHBA and voted on by the members of the Association.  She has been a member of AAHBA for over 20 years and serves on the Associate Council. Susan is a First Vice President and Commercial Lender at First American and has been with the bank for 10 years.
 
Jenny Terrell was selected as the 2016 Business Partner of the Year by the Athens Area Association of Realtors.  This honor was given to her at the annual awards dinner and celebration.  The nominations for the award were from members of the Association.  She has been a member of the Association for over 10 years and assists with many events throughout the year.  Jenny is a First Vice President and Mortgage Loan Officer at First American and has been with the bank for 13 years.
