PFB Mortgage Announces Expansion into Athens with Key Hires

PFB Mortgage, a division of Planters First Bank, announced that it is expanding to Athens, Georgia.  Joining the PFB team to lead the effort is William R. "Billy" Sullivan, who will serve as the Market Manager and Mortgage Loan Originator.  Also joining the team is Donita Milstead, who will serve as a Mortgage Loan Underwriter and Processor.  Sullivan and Milstead were most recently with State Bank, and its predecessor National Bank of Georgia, in Athens.
 
Commenting on the announcement, Heath Fountain, President and CEO of PFB, stated "We are excited to add Billy Sullivan and Donita Milstead to the PFB Mortgage team.  We are confident their knowledge and experience will bring us great success in Athens."   
 
Fountain continued, "The Athens market is one of the top mortgage lending markets in the state, and we look forward to expanding our team in this market.  We believe our high-touch, service-oriented style will serve Athens well."

Sullivan has served Athens and surrounding areas in the mortgage industry for over 30 years.  Sullivan and his wife Joy are members of Edwards Chapel Baptist Church and are actively involved in a local ministry, Bible and Basketball.  They have three children, Ashley, Briana and Chandler.    
 
Milstead is a mortgage veteran with over 30 years of experience, the last 25 years in Athens.  She has two children, Alex and Summer.  She enjoys country living and spending time with her horses and numerous dogs.
