The Georgia Department of Labor’s Athens Career Center will help Caterpillar recruit 90 warehouse associate logistics to work in Athens.

The recruitment will be held on Thursday, Feb. 9, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the career center located at 150 Evelyn C. Neely Drive in Athens.

Representatives from Caterpillar will be conducting an informational session about the available positions.

Due to U.S. Occupational Safety and Health Administration regulations, all applicants must be at least 18 years old.

At least one year of logistics or warehouse experience is required. While it is not required, applicants who have forklift experience and systems applications and products program knowledge is preferred.

Salaries will begin at $11.50 an hour.
