Piedmont Healthcare Selects Kyruus’ Suite of Patient-Provider Matching Solutions

Kyruus, a leader in provider search and scheduling solutions for health systems, announced that Piedmont Healthcare, a not-for-profit health system serving nearly two million patients in Georgia, has selected its suite of solutions to enhance patient access across all points of service. The organization’s adoption of the ProviderMatch product suite—along with the KyruusOne provider data management platform—is a key part of its “Seamless Transitions” initiative to enhance and link the patient experience throughout the continuum of care.
Committed to being a pioneer in patient experience, the seven-hospital system sought a solution that would not only enhance patient access via individual channels, but also enable a consistent patient experience across points of service—the patient connection center and website, as well as provider offices across the network. It was essential to make it easy for patients, agents, and referring providers alike to identify the right providers to meet patients’ clinical needs and preferences. On top of dynamic search, Kyruus’ technology also enables online scheduling regardless of the underlying systems in use, which is critical for a clinically integrated network like Piedmont’s.
